Have you heard about our Marmalade Mondays?
We haven’t made marmalade yet but these informal community cooking sessions have grown to quite a large group. Between 10 and 20 local folk turn up every Monday to prepare and cook a variety of different foods.
Each week we have different food focus with participants choosing what to cook and deciding who will lead the recipes for the following week.
So far The Hill Station Cafe has hosted the popular activity, but due to poular demand we are starting another session down the hill on New Cross Road.
If you fancy a jolly evening of practical hands on cooking with your neighbors and friends from the local area Come and join us at 178 New Cross Road, a few doors down from The White Hart Hotel and across the road from the Post Office
